Terms and Conditions
- The college or university will pay the price is stated at the time that they register not the time that payment is submitted.
•The institution can pay online or send a check or money order in the mail to 3429 Yukon Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55426.
•The institution will only be allowed to participate in the virtual college fair or fairs they are registered for.
•Customer’s must submit payment before the date of the virtual college fair unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the CEO of College Fairs Online. If payment is not submitted by the agreed upon time or before the date of the career fair there will be a $50.00 late fee added to total owed. If total is not paid by 90 days after the career fair date the owed amount will be turned over to collections.
•We no longer accept cancellations once you are registered for a fair.
•Any fair may be cancelled or postponed due to low enrollment or extenuating circumstances. In the case of postponement there will not be a refund issued. In this case of cancellation there will be the option of choosing another fair to participate in or getting a refund.
Privacy Policy:
College Fairs Online does not sell, distribute, or solicit Client information collected to any 3rd party entities. We do collect and store contact information for clients in order to update, email and advertise our services.
You are responsible for anything you post on any page and College Fairs Online reserves the right to remove any comment from any page. Please do not post any sensitive personal information on any page.
No Privacy In Public Areas Of The Website When You Ask Questions or Comment on Pages. If you choose to publish or display or post information to public areas of the Website, you do so at your own risk. College Fairs Online asks that you do not post any personal information via the question/comment section.
