• College Fairs Online does not sell, distribute, or solicit student/parent contact information collected to any 3rd party entities, with the following exception:
• By default, a student's information is shared with ALL Colleges who are Exhibitors in the same Fair the Student attended.
• Students can OPT OUT of having their information shared by changing their Privacy Settings.
• Students that have Opted In may be contacted via email, phone, text or mail.
• College Fairs Online does not store any payment or secure personal information.
• When You Ask Questions in a College Booth or engage in Live Chat, it is only shared with that College. The College will also be provided with your name and email address, in order to provide any follow-up communication.

Cookies

College Fairs Online collects and uses cookies for the following:

• Anonymous Usage Statistics (e.g. page visit duration)
• Functional Cookies (e.g. theme, language settings)
• We DO NOT use cookies to track you (e.g. for advertisements or personalization).

Account Removal

Users who are logged in have access to a form to remove their account.

• Account removals are immediate.
• Once an account is removed, the account’s contact information will no longer be available to College Fairs Online, and can no longer be provided to any partner colleges or universities.
• Any partner colleges, trade schools, or universities that already have the account’s contact information before the account removal will still have it after the account removal. To be removed from the mailing list of any college that contacts you during or after a virtual college fair, you will need to opt out directly with that college.
