Exhibitors
- The college or university will pay the price as stated at the time that they register.
- The institution can pay online or send a check or money order in the mail to the Address located on the Invoice.
- Multi-fair Discount will only be applied if paying online while signing up for more than 1 fair.
- The institution will only be allowed to participate in the virtual college fair or fairs they are registered for.
- Exhibitor must submit payment before the date of the virtual college fair unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the CEO of College Fairs Online. If payment is not submitted by the agreed upon time or before the date of the career fair there will be a $50.00 late fee added to total owed. If total is not paid by 90 days after the career fair date the owed amount will be turned over to collections.
- We no longer accept cancellations once you are registered for a fair.
- Any fair may be cancelled or postponed due to low enrollment or extenuating circumstances. In the case of postponement there will not be a refund issued. In this case of cancellation there will be the option of choosing another fair to participate in or getting a refund.
Attendees
- There is no cost to attend.
- Scholarship Drawing: Every time you attend a Fair, you will be placed in a drawing for a $1,000 Scholarship.
- Employees & Contractors of College Fairs Online, as well as their family members, are ineligible for the Scholarship.
