Exhibitors

  • The college or university pays the price shown at the time they register. That price is locked in at registration — any later change to fair pricing does not affect a registration already placed.
  • Multi-fair Discount will only be applied if paying online while signing up for more than 1 fair.
  • The institution will only be allowed to participate in the virtual college fair or fairs they are registered for.
  • Exhibitor must submit payment before the date of the virtual college fair unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the CEO of College Fairs Online. If payment is not submitted by the agreed upon time or before the date of the virtual college fair there will be a $50.00 late fee added to total owed. If total is not paid by 90 days after the virtual college fair date the owed amount will be turned over to collections.
  • Minimum exhibitors. A fair requires a minimum of 10 registered exhibitors to run. We make the decision to run or cancel 7 days before the fair start date, and we email every registered exhibitor that same day. If a fair is cancelled for this reason, your registration fee is refunded in full, or you may apply it to any other fair on our calendar — your choice.
  • Attendance guarantee. We target a minimum of 200 attendees per fair, counted as unique registered students, parents or guardians, and counselors who enter the fair during fair week. Attendance is not a cancellation trigger: attendee registration builds heavily in the final two weeks, so once a fair passes the 7-day mark it runs as scheduled. If a fair you exhibit at draws fewer than 200 attendees, you may choose either a credit toward any future fair on our calendar or a full refund of your registration fee for that fair. Requests must be made within 60 days of the fair end date.
  • Cancellation by exhibitor. We do not accept cancellations once you are registered for a fair.
  • Postponement. If a fair is postponed rather than cancelled, your registration transfers to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may apply your registration fee to any other fair on our calendar or request a full refund.
  • Effective date. The minimum exhibitor and attendance guarantees above apply to every fair in the 2026–2027 season and later, including registrations made before these terms were published.

Attendees

  • There is no cost to attend.
  • Scholarship Drawing: Every time you attend a Fair, you will be placed in a drawing for a $1,000 Scholarship.
  • Employees & Contractors of College Fairs Online, as well as their family members, are ineligible for the Scholarship.
