•The college or university will pay the price is stated at the time that they register not the time that payment is submitted.
•The institution can pay online or send a check or money order in the mail to 11602 CR 1320, Wolfforth, TX 79382
•The institution will only be allowed to participate in the virtual college fair or fairs they are registered for.
•Customer’s must submit payment before the date of the virtual college fair unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the CEO of College Fairs Online. If payment is not submitted by the agreed upon time or before the date of the virtual college fair there will be a $50.00 late fee added to total owed. If total is not paid by 90 from the college fair date the owed amount will be turned over to a collections agency.
•Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the virtual college fair to receive a full refund if registered before 6/17/2020. If cancellations are made within 2 weeks of the virtual college fair there will be no refund if registered before 6/17/2020. For any registration after 6/17/2020, cancellations are no longer refunded in any circumstance.
•Any fair may be cancelled or postponed due to low enrollment or extenuating circumstances.  In this case there will be the option of choosing another fair to participate in or getting a refund.
•The institutions logo and images will be presented on the website on your virtual booth page and a rep from your institution will have the opportunity to approve your booth page before the fair.
